Reports:
The SAS screening assessment is accompanied
by an individual report. The report is designed based on a traffic
light principle, which places each candidate’s suitability
into one of three categories. The most suitable candidates are
placed in the high level category which is tagged green. The average
candidates are placed in the second level which is tagged yellow.
The unsuitable candidates are placed in the third level which is
tagged red.
In addition, a short list of candidates can be generated in each
defined time interval. The short list sorts the group of
candidates based on the three categories – green, yellow
and red. This report enables a quick and effective decision regarding
those candidates who will pass to the next assessment phase.
Technical Information:
SAS is administered online using a simple internet
connection (dial up or broad band).
It takes about 10 to 15 minutes to complete.
Reports can be generated within minuets and sent via
fax or email.
